Storage Usage
The Storage usage card shows how much space your uploaded files currently take up in Artlope.
This can help when you want to understand how much of your workspace is used by images and supporting files.
What is counted
Section titled “What is counted”Artlope shows three numbers:
ImagesAttachmentsTotal
Images is the total size of the images you uploaded across your workspace.
This includes artwork images such as:
- primary images
- gallery images
Attachments is the total size of the files you uploaded as attachments.
This can include supporting documents connected to your records.
Total is the combined size of your images and attachments.
During the beta phase, storage is currently limited to 20 GB per user for images and attachments. If you need more, reach out to [email protected].
Thumbnails, generated artist static sites, and database entries are not counted toward storage usage.
How the numbers are shown
Section titled “How the numbers are shown”Storage is shown as a file size, for example in KB, MB, or GB, depending on the amount. The card also shows your limit and the percentage used, with the progress bar split between images and attachments.
While Artlope is calculating the numbers, you will see Calculating….
If the storage information cannot be loaded, an error message appears in this section.
