Organizing Artworks

Artlope uses Categories to help you organize your work.

You can treat categories like tags, series, projects, bodies of work, or any other structure you prefer. A single artwork can belong to multiple categories at the same time, so you are not limited to choosing just one category for a work. Categories can also include sub-categories, so you can keep things detailed without losing the big picture.

Inventory numbers can help as well. If you add them to your artworks, you can search for them later from the search bar.

Some artworks may also have no categories yet, but categories are most useful when you use them to describe different aspects of the same work, such as its series, theme, and current project.
