Contact Information
The Contact information section lets you store the ways people can reach you or find your work online.
This is useful for CVs, portfolios, and other materials where you want consistent contact details without retyping them each time.
Adding and editing entries
Section titled “Adding and editing entries”You can keep more than one contact entry.
For each entry, choose a Type first. Artlope then shows the fields that fit that type.
You can also:
- add more entries with the
+button - remove entries you no longer need
- save the whole section once your changes are ready
Contact types
Section titled “Contact types”Artlope currently supports these contact types:

Use Email for an address you want to show as contact information.
This entry has:
Email
Telephone
Section titled “Telephone”Use Telephone for a phone number.
This entry has:
Telephone
Social
Section titled “Social”Use Social for platforms such as Instagram or similar artist-facing channels.
This entry has:
PlatformUsernameLink
For example, you might use the platform field for Instagram, the username field for your handle, and the link field for the full profile URL.
Website
Section titled “Website”Use Website for your own site, portfolio site, or another main web destination.
This entry has:
LabelLink
The label can be something like Website, Portfolio, or the name of a specific site.
Use Other for anything that does not fit the standard types.
This entry has:
LabelLink
This can be useful for:
- a studio page
- a gallery page
- a booking link
- another professional reference
Website and link fields accept normal web links.
If you leave off https://, Artlope can still normalize the link for you.
Where contact information is reused
Section titled “Where contact information is reused”Profile contact entries can be reused in portfolios.
Your website settings can also choose whether to show your email address or telephone number.
