Creating And Browsing Exhibitions
The Exhibitions page shows the exhibitions you have in Artlope.
Each exhibition card can show:
- a title image, if one has been added
- otherwise, preview images from artworks in the exhibition
- the exhibition name
- the location and venue
- the date range
- the exhibition type
- whether it is a solo show or group show
- how many artworks are connected to it
- whether it is shared with collaborators

Creating an exhibition
Section titled “Creating an exhibition”You can create an exhibition from the Exhibitions page by clicking the + button.
You may also see an Add exhibition quick action on the Dashboard.
When you create an exhibition, you can add:
NameLocationVenueTypeSolo showStart dateEnd dateContact nameContact emailContact telephone- events
- artworks
Name, Location, and the exhibition dates are required.
The rest is optional and can be filled in later.
If you already know which works belong in the exhibition, you can add them during creation and set an exhibition price for each one right away.
Exhibition types
Section titled “Exhibition types”Artlope supports these exhibition types:
ShowPermanentFairMarket
Use the one that best matches how the work is being presented.
Solo show is a separate setting. It tells Artlope whether the exhibition is centered on your work alone or includes other artists.
Browsing your exhibitions
Section titled “Browsing your exhibitions”When you open the Exhibitions page, Artlope groups exhibitions into:
- current
- upcoming
- past
This makes it easier to separate what is happening now from what is already finished or still ahead.
If you have enough exhibition history, Artlope can also show a small chart of exhibition start dates over time.
You can click a bar in that chart to filter the page to exhibitions that started in that month. When this chart filter is active, use Reset in the filter section to clear it.
Filtering exhibitions
Section titled “Filtering exhibitions”Filters help when your list grows.
You can filter by:
- time
- type
- solo or group
If you click Show more, you can also filter by:
- location
- venue
Time lets you focus on all exhibitions, only past ones, only current ones, or only future ones.
Type helps you narrow the list to shows, permanent displays, fairs, or markets.
Solo or group helps you separate solo exhibitions from shared ones.
Location is useful when you show in more than one city or region.
Venue helps when you return to the same gallery, fair, or institution over time.
Use Reset if you want to clear the active filters.
