Creating And Browsing Notes
The Notes page shows all of your notes in one place.
The table includes each note’s:
- title
- tags
- creation date
- last updated date
Click a row to open that note.
Creating a note
Section titled “Creating a note”Click the + button on the Notes page to create a note. Artlope creates it immediately and opens its detail page so you can start writing.
You do not have to enter a title. Until you add one, Artlope identifies the note as Untitled followed by its creation date.
Add a title when it will help you recognize the subject later. A specific title such as Blue Series installation ideas is generally easier to find than a broad title such as Ideas.
Remember to click Save after changing the title, tags, body, or mentions. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, Artlope asks whether you want to discard them.
Searching notes
Section titled “Searching notes”Use the search field above the table to search note titles and tags.
The search does not look inside the note body, so add a clear title or useful tags for subjects you expect to find again.
Sorting notes
Section titled “Sorting notes”Click any table heading to sort notes by:
- title
- tags
- creation date
- last updated date
Click the same heading again to reverse the order.
By default, your most recently updated notes appear first. This keeps notes you are actively working on near the top.
Moving between notes
Section titled “Moving between notes”When a note is open on a larger screen, the list beside it lets you switch directly to another note or create a new one.
If the current note has unsaved changes, Artlope asks before you switch or create another note.
Deleting a note
Section titled “Deleting a note”Open the note and use Delete at the bottom of the page.
Deleting a note removes the note and its connections. It does not delete any artwork, exhibition, category, submission, or portfolio that the note mentioned.
