Creating And Browsing Portfolios
You can open the Portfolios page from the main navigation.
This page is your portfolio list. It shows all portfolio documents you have created in Artlope.
Creating a portfolio
Section titled “Creating a portfolio”Click the + button in the top right of the page to create a new portfolio.
Artlope creates the portfolio first and then opens its detail page, where you can start configuring the document.
New portfolios start out empty. You can then decide:
- what the portfolio is called
- who it is for
- which artworks it includes
- which sections appear in the document
- whether it should export as a PDF or a PowerPoint file
What the list shows
Section titled “What the list shows”Each row in the portfolio list shows:
NameCreated atRecipient- number of artworks in the portfolio
If a portfolio does not have a name yet, Artlope shows it as untitled.
If no recipient has been added yet, Artlope shows that as well.
Sorting and searching
Section titled “Sorting and searching”You can sort portfolios by:
NewestName
You can also reverse the sort order.
The search field looks through the portfolio Name and Recipient. This is useful when you keep different versions for different calls, galleries, or curators.
If you have active filters, you can use Reset to return to the default view.
Reusing an existing portfolio
Section titled “Reusing an existing portfolio”Each row also has a Clone action.
Cloning is useful when you want to prepare a new version without starting from scratch. For example, you might already have a general portfolio and want to make one adapted for a specific submission.
The clone copies the portfolio setup, so you can adjust the selection, order, or text without changing the original.
