Notes gives your ideas, research, and plans a private home in Artlope. You can add formatted text, tags, images, and document attachments. Open Calls brings opportunities for exhibitions, residencies, awards, funding, studio spaces, acquisitions, publications, and more into one place. Search by name, organizer, or location. Filter by purpose, tags, or the date Artlope added the call. Artlope groups calls by their nearest upcoming deadline. When you find an opportunity that fits, you can create a submission, with or without a new portfolio. Artlope copies available details into your records. You can then add artworks, track fees, update your status, and export a portfolio for the application. Because Artlope collects open call information automatically, check the organizer’s official page before you apply.
Submissions now include Funding and Scholarship as purposes. When you are still preparing an application, you can also create a portfolio directly from the submission. Artlope links the portfolio, adds the submission’s artworks, and takes you to the new document.
Shipping artworks helps you track work traveling to an exhibition, submission, buyer, or another destination. Record the sender, recipient, dates, tracking code, and artworks in each shipment. You can mark a shipment as received or lost, so your records stay clear while your work is away.
Your website now gives you more control over categories. You can display categories as cards or as a list. You can also let each category follow your website settings, stay private, or always appear. Artwork gallery images and exhibition photos can now include public descriptions. Your internal notes stay private.
Artlope now accepts more image formats, including WebP and AVIF. HEIC and HEIF images convert to JPEG before upload. Attachment files can now be up to 10 MB each.
