Introducing Notes: Keep Your Ideas Connected

Artlope Notes keep your ideas, research, and plans connected to the artworks and activities they support.

Most artists already use a notes app. You may save an artwork idea, exhibition plan, research link, or studio reflection there.

Those thoughts become more useful when they stay close to your work. What if an artwork could lead you straight back to the ideas behind it?

The new Notes feature gives your thoughts a connected place in Artlope. You can write private notes and organize them with titles and tags.

You can connect each note to artworks, exhibitions, categories, submissions, and portfolios. The connection also appears on each related record.

When you open a project months later, its research, decisions, and plans are easy to find. One note can also connect several related records.

For example, a research note can connect to the artworks it inspired and the exhibition where you plan to show them.

Notes support headings, lists, links, and other simple formatting. You can also add images, sketches, work-in-progress photos, PDFs, and other documents.
