The new Open Calls feature brings current and upcoming opportunities into Artlope. You can explore calls for exhibitions, residencies, awards, funding, studio spaces, acquisitions, publications, and more.
Search by opportunity name, organizer, location, or other available details. Filters help you browse by purpose, tags, and when Artlope added the call.
Open Calls groups opportunities by their nearest upcoming deadline. Calls without a known deadline appear in their own group, so you can quickly see what needs your attention.
Prepare applications in Artlope
When you find an opportunity that fits your practice, select Prepare Application. You can create a submission to track your application or create one with a new portfolio.
Artlope copies the available opportunity details into your submission. These details can include the organizer, link, location, purpose, dates, and deadline events.
You can then add artworks, track fees, update your application status, and keep your preparation in one place. Your submission gives you a clear record from your first idea through the final result.
When the call asks for a portfolio, create one directly from the open call. Select and arrange artworks, add supporting information, and export the finished portfolio as a PDF or PowerPoint file.
Your existing artwork records, images, CV information, and other details can help you prepare faster. You can focus your selection and adjust the portfolio for each opportunity.
Keep your applications clear and current
Open Calls helps you see new opportunities and upcoming deadlines together. Your search and filters stay in place when you open a call and return to the list.
Before you apply, visit the organizer’s official page. Open call information comes from automatic web searches, so details can change or need correction. Confirm the requirements, deadline, fees, and eligibility there.
